What is EASY-POS?
The point-of-sale and store management software from EASY-POINTAGES, for retailers: sales, products, stock, customers, suppliers and dashboards.
Does it handle cafés and restaurants?
No. EASY-POS is designed for stores that sell items: jewellers, opticians, pharmacies, clothing, general stores.
How is a sale made?
Sales staff scan the item's label, take payment and print the receipt. See the till.
Are QR codes read?
Yes, by a 2D scanner, which also reads standard barcodes.
Can we print labels ourselves?
Yes, on a ZKTeco or Zebra label printer, from the code assigned to each product.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Cash, bank card, bank transfer, cheque, cash deposit at a branch, and bills of exchange.
Can we sell on credit?
Yes, with several payments per sale and the balance due displayed.
Does stock update by itself?
Available stock takes account of stock in, stock out and sales. See stock and inventory.
Can we count stock with a handheld scanner?
Yes: items are scanned on the shelves and the application compares the count with theoretical stock. See scanner stock counts.
Can we manage several stores?
Yes: each store has its own stock, goods move from one to another through transfers, and the dashboards can be read store by store. See multi-store management.
Can we attach a document to a payment?
Yes, as a photo or PDF, on customer payments as well as supplier payments. See payments.
Who has access to what?
Each user has an account and a role: sales staff, storekeeper, inventory manager, store manager. See roles.
Is the interface available in English?
The application interface is in French. Our team can support you in French, Arabic or English.
What hardware is needed?
A till, a code scanner, a label printer and a receipt printer: for example a ZKTeco ZKBio810 touchscreen till, a ZKTeco ZKB209 scanner, a Zebra ZD421t and an Epson TM-T20III. We sell and install this hardware, shown with its spec sheets.
Do you install anywhere in Morocco?
Yes, installation is organised on request, whatever the city.
How much does EASY-POS cost?
It depends on your store and the hardware to install. We send a quote after a first conversation.
