Features

EASY-POS features, from purchase to sale

An item arrives from the supplier, gets its label, goes into stock, is sold at the counter and shows up on your dashboards. Each step has its module, and they all share the same data.

The modules

Ten modules to run your stores

Each one has its own detailed page.

Dashboards

Revenue, payments, best sellers.

An item's journey

From the supplier to the till receipt

  1. Purchase

The goods are ordered, then bought from the supplier.

  2. Stock in

The storekeeper records the quantity received, the date and the supplier.

  3. Label

The item gets its code, printed as a barcode or a QR code.

  4. Sale

Sales staff scan the label, take payment and print the receipt.

  5. Payment

The payment is recorded with its supporting document; a credit sale keeps track of its balance due.

  6. Follow-up

Sales, stock and payments feed the dashboards, store by store.

Day to day

What makes store life easier

In the browser

The application opens in the browser of the store's computers.

One account per person

Each user signs in with their own account and sees their role's menu.

Activity log

User operations are logged: you know who did what.

Banks and accounts

Your banks and bank accounts are recorded so cheques and bills of exchange can be linked to them.

Frequently asked questions

Are the modules connected?

Yes: a sale lowers the item's available stock, appears in the customer's history and on the dashboards, with nothing to re-enter.

Is the application suited to our business?

EASY-POS is designed for retail: jewellers, opticians, pharmacies, clothing, general stores. We look at your specific needs during the demo.

Do we need to install software on every computer?

No, the application runs in the browser. Only the point-of-sale hardware (scanners, printers) is installed at the counter.
